Basic Training
The smovey® BASIC TRAINING provides essential knowledge and techniques for the safe, effective, and versatile use of smovey® rings in training sessions with individuals and groups.
Advanced Training
The smovey® ADVANCED TRAINING deepens the knowledge gained in the basic training and expands it with special topics, target groups, and training methods, enabling an even more targeted and versatile use of smovey® rings.
Business Day
The smovey® BUSINESS Day offers all interested participants practical insights and valuable support in the areas of sales, presentation, marketing, and customer retention, with the goal of sustainably promoting professional success as a smovey® partner.

The the video on demand smoveyCOACH training is the second stage towards your self-employed position as a licensed distribution partner of the smoveyACADEMY. This allows you to teach the basic course, hold smoveyWALKS or to create and run movement programmes for various target groups, such as kindergartens, day-care centres, schools, health and leisure athletes, sports enthusiasts, and clubs.
The training consists of 7 Walking Guide videos and 7 Coach videos. All are available for 2 weeks. The training is completed when 2 competence checks and 2 practical videos are submitted.
Provided that you hold the relevant qualifications, you may also work with clients or groups with the following clinical pictures in the smovey framework, such as: Parkinson’s disease, diabetes, rheumatism, obesity. You may be then be in contact with these groups and move them with the smovey techniques.
Fitness athletes / competitive athletes with (certified) existing knowledge in the area of sports and health or other suitable areas may also be coached.

Training
Complete the video on demand course* with Sebastian, an authorised smoveyWALKING guide instructor, and obtains the authorisation to conduct smoveyWALKS and smoveyINTRODUCTIONS with individuals and groups.
*7 videos approx. 4 hours in length; available for 2 weeks
The training covers the following:
Theory:
– The history of smoveys, the equipment and philosophy of smovey
– The effects of smoveys
– Planning a smoveyWALK, relaxation, homepage and business partPractice:
– The methodology of the smoveyWALKING technique
– Basic posture
– Correct swinging (wrists, elbows, holding the smovey)
– Correcting incorrect handling
– Warm-up prior to a walk
– Basic exercises
– Exercises aimed at preparing for correct walking (arm-and-leg coordination)
– Walking on even surfaces, inclines, declines
– Foot and leg technique
– Partner exercises, group exercises
– Exercises involving natural elements (steps, tree trunks, forests, stones etc.)
– Cool-down exercises
– Rolling offOrganisational aspects:
– Holding commercial smoveyWALKS (application, course fee etc.)
– Equipment for smoveyWALKING guides
– Special conditions for smoveys for smoveyWALKING guides holding a licence or being distribution partners
– Guarantee and warranty on the product
– Questions of participantssmoveyWALKING-Guides are authorised to hold smoveyWALKS in various variations. The smoveyCOACH training must be completed for you to have access to more training offers (intensive courses, movement units for specific groups of people etc.)!

In the smoveyFIT’N’DANCE advanced training, you will learn the correct execution of movements using smovey®. Fitness and dance elements (choreographies) are combined with the smoveyPOWER and performed to specially composed music.
