The smoveyPOWER is an oscillating ring system consisting of a spiral tube, 4 steel balls, and a handle system that allows the balls to move through the entire tube.

By swinging the rings forward, backward, or in a circular motion, the steel balls begin to move as a free mass and, as they roll over the spiral ridges, create the vibration that is typical of smovey.

In addition to the familiar effects of momentum and vibration, the smoveyPOWER allows for every kind of dynamic movement, making training with smovey even more intensive and flexible.
