Formation de base
La formation de base smovey transmet les connaissances et techniques essentielles pour une utilisation sûre, efficace et polyvalente des anneaux smovey, aussi bien en entraînement individuel qu’en groupe.
Perfectionnement
La formation continue smovey approfondit les connaissances acquises lors de la formation de base et les enrichit de thématiques spécifiques, de groupes cibles et de méthodes d’entraînement, afin de rendre l’utilisation des anneaux smovey encore plus ciblée et polyvalente.
Journée Business
La Journée smovey BUSINESS offre à toutes les personnes intéressées des perspectives pratiques et un accompagnement précieux dans les domaines de la vente, de la présence, du marketing et de la fidélisation de la clientèle – avec pour objectif de favoriser durablement la réussite professionnelle en tant que partenaire smovey.
smovey COACH ENGLISH Zum Kalender hinzufügen The the video on demand smoveyCOACH training is the second stage towards your self-employed position as a licensed distribution partner of the smoveyACADEMY. This allows you to teach the basic course, hold smoveyWALKS or to create and run movement programmes for various target groups, such as kindergartens, day-care centres, schools, health and leisure athletes, sports enthusiasts, and clubs. The training consists of 7 Walking Guide videos and 7 Coach videos. All are available for 2 weeks. The training is completed when 2 competence checks and 2 practical videos are submitted. Provided that you hold the relevant qualifications, you may also work with clients or groups with the following clinical pictures in the smovey framework, such as: Parkinson’s disease, diabetes, rheumatism, obesity. You may be then be in contact with these groups and move them with the smovey techniques. Fitness athletes / competitive athletes with (certified) existing knowledge in the area of sports and health or other suitable areas may also be coached. smovey® WALKING-Guide ENGLISH Zum Kalender hinzufügen Complete the video on demand course* with Sebastian, an authorised smoveyWALKING guide instructor, and obtains the authorisation to conduct smoveyWALKS and smoveyINTRODUCTIONS with individuals and groups. Practice: Organisational aspects: smoveyWALKING-Guides are authorised to hold smoveyWALKS in various variations. The smoveyCOACH training must be completed for you to have access to more training offers (intensive courses, movement units for specific groups of people etc.)! smoveyWALKING-Guide – Instructors smoveyFIT'N'DANCE VIDEO Zum Kalender hinzufügen In the smoveyFIT’N’DANCE advanced training, you will learn the correct execution of movements using smovey®. – Basic posture
– Correct swinging (wrists, elbows, holding the smovey)
– Correcting incorrect handling
– Warm-up prior to a walk
– Basic exercises
– Exercises aimed at preparing for correct walking (arm-and-leg coordination)
– Walking on even surfaces, inclines, declines
– Foot and leg technique
– Partner exercises, group exercises
– Exercises involving natural elements (steps, tree trunks, forests, stones etc.)
– Cool-down exercises
– Rolling off
– Holding commercial smoveyWALKS (application, course fee etc.)
