smoveyPOWER – Black | 6 Steel Balls

The smoveyPOWER is a dynamic swinging system consisting of a spiral hose, 4 steel balls (or 6 steel balls exclusively in the black model) and an ergonomic grip system that allows the balls to move freely through the entire hose.

By swinging the rings forwards, backwards or in circular movements, the steel balls begin to move as free mass and, by rolling over the spiral structure, generate the characteristic smovey vibration.

In addition to the well-known benefits of swing and vibration training, smoveyPOWER enables a particularly high level of dynamics for an even more intensive and flexible workout. It is ideally suited for strength training, dance training and running.
