smovey meets Physio

Advanced Education

Theoretical and practical units alternate throughout the program.

Topics include

  1. Promoting body awareness and providing practical ideas for everyday life
  2. Upright, relaxed posture – from stable feet to a relaxed jaw
  3. Indoor and outdoor preparatory exercises, also supported with tools such as balls and towels to expand your smovey training
  4. Pelvic mobilization in sitting and standing positions
  5. Gait patterns and arm positioning during smovey walking – especially important for existing shoulder and arm issues

Pathology basics: osteoarthritis, fascia, intervertebral discs – including a brief introduction to acid–base balance

Sometimes it is small exercises, practiced subtly in daily life, that make a big difference

Sabine Kolberg-Krill,

is a physiotherapist with various advanced qualifications, including manual therapy, PNF, manual lymphatic drainage, trampoline therapy, and smoveyMASTER coach training.

After completing her training as a nutrition consultant, the connection between many pain-related and movement-restricting conditions of modern civilization and an imbalance in the acid–base balance became especially clear to her.

She is currently undergoing training to become a biopractitioner.
