All smovey® neuroVIBE models are equipped with a soft damping system that gently cushions the steel balls inside the spiral tube. This ensures a particularly joint-friendly yet highly effective workout for all age groups.

Due to its slightly smaller dimensions and lighter weight, the small/light model is particularly suitable for children and teenagers, people with smaller hands, those returning to training after a longer break, as well as weakened or older individuals. Although the smaller smovey contains only 3 steel balls inside, it still delivers all the functional benefits of the “larger” models.
