In this one-day advanced training course, you will get to know a wide range of training methods and learn when and how to use them effectively:
When do you train endurance or strength?
What is aerobic and anaerobic training, and how is such training structured?
What is metabolic training, and how can it improve fat burning?
How often and with which training frequency should training be carried out – and using which methods?
What are effective training methods for healthy training, maintaining mobility, and building strength and endurance?
Which recovery phases are essential for supercompensation?
In addition to the written script, you will receive comprehensive training videos covering warm-up, cool-down, strength training, mobility training, and metabolic training.
In combination with the smovey® LEVEL UP HEALTH Coach education, this program provides you with a comprehensive concept for your own training sessions or for a multi-week course program that you can offer either online or on-site to your clients.
By successfully completing both advanced education modules (HEALTH & TRAINING), you qualify as a smovey® LEVEL UP+ Coach.
