The smoveyPILATES training concept is a unique program designed for holistic full-body training.
It is suitable for both beginners and advanced participants, as numerous exercises are explained and demonstrated in different levels of difficulty.
Participation in this program is at your own risk. If necessary, please consult a physician beforehand. A prerequisite for independently performing the smoveyPILATES training program is a sufficiently good state of health. Both the concept developer Kathrin Junker and smovey GmbH are released from any liability.
